Attune™ CytPix™ Red Laser Upgrade Kit The Attune CytPix Red Laser Upgrade Kit is designed to expand the 637-nm excitation capabilities of the Attune CytPix Flow Cytometer to utilize the array of labels, dyes, and applications available with a red laser. This upgrade kit enables the detection of APC, Alexa Fluor 700, and APC-tandem dyes for immunophenotyping, as well as many other functional reagents such as CellTrace Far Red for cell proliferation, LIVE/DEAD Fixable Far Red or Near IR dyes for viability, Vybrant DyeCycle Ruby dye for live cell cycle analysis, and far red exciting fluorescent proteins.
