Thermo Fisher, L34355, Low Density Lipoprotein from Human Plasma, pHrodo™ Green- and Red-LDL Conjugates Detect low density lipoprotein (LDL) uptake, endosomal maturation, and trafficking in cells with pHrodo Green-LDL and pHrodo Red-LDL conjugates. These LDL conjugates contain pH-sensitive pHrodo dyes that are weakly fluorescent at neutral pH, yet fluoresce brightly upon exposure to acidic environments, such as those found in endosomes. The pHrodo Green-LDL and Red-LDL conjugates can be used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, high-throughput screening, and high content analysis experiments.
