Bigfoot™ Calibration Beads Bigfoot Calibration Beads are a mix of three different calibration beads used in the automated QC of the Bigfoot Spectral Cell Sorter. The beads are retained within the Bigfoot cell sorter in a dedicated loader position and are used during the automated QC process to verify alignment and drop delay of the system. No pre-mixing or lot monitoring are required. The onboard QC beads allow the operator to perform automated QC at any time and assists with remote support. The Bigfoot QC bead bottle is automatically capped to minimize evaporation from the vial, and the loader location contains an integrated vortex to keep the beads suspended.
