TO-PRO™3 Ready Flow™ Reagent TO-PRO™3 Ready Flow™ Reagent is a bright and easy-to-use nucleic acid stain for distinguishing dead cells from live cells in flow cytometry assays. This dye has excitation/emission maxima of 642/661 nm, similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647 or allophycocyanin (APC).
