O'RangeRuler series is characterized by its 'step ladder' design. The chromatography-purified DNA fragments are precisely separated by a consistent increment (e.
g., 5 bp, 10 bp, 20 bp, 50 bp, 100 bp, 200 bp, or 500 bp). The design enables accurate and precise sizing of DNA fragments. Not recommended for DNA quantification.
All O'RangeRuler DNA Ladders are supplied with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye for sample DNA. Orange G dye can be used to monitor DNA migration in agarose or polyacrylamide gels and migrates at 50 bp in a 1% agarose gel.
