Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with AKP under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free AKP were removed. Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures This antibody can be used to detect human IgG4. For the sandwich human IgG4 ELISA, AKP-conjugated JDC-14 is optimal as detecting MAb with G18-145 (Catalog No. 555784) as capture MAb. Researchers are encouraged to fully titrate each lot to obtain optimal results.  At high concentration, background may be observed on other Ig isotypes.
