Purified Rat IgG2b, κ Isotype Control antibody should be utilized at the same concentration as the primary specific antibody and visualized under the same conditions via a three step staining procedure in combination with Biotin Goat Anti-Rat IgG (Cat. No. 559286) followed by Streptavidin HRP (Cat. No. 550946) and DAB substrate kit (Cat. No. 550880).
