Overview
Use IEF Sample Buffer with vertical isoelectric focusing (IEF) gels including Ready Gel ® and Criterion™ IEF Precast Gels. IEF separates proteins by their net charge, not their molecular weight. Proteins migrate to their isoelectric point (pI), the pH at which a protein has no net charge.
