Overview
Use iQ SYBR ® Green Supermix with fluorescein in real-time PCR detection systems requiring a passive reference dye for well factor collection.
• Detect as few as 10 copies of template
• Linear detection over 6 orders of magnitude
• Antibody-mediated hot-start iTaq DNA polymerase for rapid activation (30 sec)
• Contains the passive reference dye fluorescein
