The 2.7 µmm superficially porous silicon dioxide particles in the BioResolve RP mAb Columns have an average pore diameter of 450 Å. A unique polyphenyl bonding technique that was created especially for LC or LC-MS analysis of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments are used to functionalize the particles. With the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, you can work at lower temperatures with minimal on-column sample degradation and yet achieve high performance regardless of the LC lab equipment used. The packing material for the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is produced in a cGMP, ISO 9001-certified facility using incredibly pure reagents. Each batch of BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl material is qualified using the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927), and the results are held to certain specification ranges to ensure reproducible performance. In addition to this, the effectiveness of each column is assessed, and an eCord with a Performance Test Chromatogram and Certificate of Analysis is attached.
