XBridge Premier Protein SEC Column, 250 Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 x 300 mm Columns help scientists obtain reliable protein size variant separations (10,000 to approx 650,000 Daltons) via the synergistic coupling of Waters MaxPeak Premier High Performance Surfaces and novel BEH-PEO Particle technologies. These advancements in SEC column hardware and SEC particle technology work to minimize non-desired secondary ionic or hydrophobic interactions between proteins and the column to minimize costly method development work by allowing chromatographers to use a "generic" or "platform-type" method for many samples. Each batch is specifically QC tested using Waters mAb Size Variant Standard (p/n: 186009429) to help ensure consistent performance for challenging size-based protein separations. Note: The same column is also available with the Waters mAb Size Variant Standard at no additional cost. (p/n: 176005068). Suggested Use: Gel Filtration, Size Exclusion Chromatography, Aggregate, Monomer and Fragment analysis, Antibody Conjugates. This column comes equipped with an electronic eConnect column tag containing unique column-specific information. These NFC-enabled device-tagged columns were developed to automatically identify, track and digitally trace column use history. eConnect columns can be used on any HPLC, but its advantages are unlocked when used with the Waters Alliance iS and Alliance iS Bio System running Empower software.
