Overview
Use IEF Standards for pI calibration in analytical polyacrylamide or agarose isoelectric focusing (IEF) gels. Our IEF Standards are a mixture of nine proteins (pI 4.45–9.6) in a ready-to-use aqueous solution. Five of the nine proteins are naturally colored, allowing continuous monitoring of the focusing process.
