Use Certified Molecular Biology Agarose for routine separations. This agarose has high strength so gels are easy to handle even at low agarose percentages.
• For routine separations of ~100 bp to 20 kb
• Genetic quality tested (GQT) grade
• Guaranteed to be free of DNA binders, inhibitors, DNases, and RNases
• Very low gel background staining
• Very high gel strength and high exclusion limit
• Very low sulfate content
Certified Molecular Biology Agarose has a linear polymer with a very high molecular weight, providing a gel structure unlike those of traditional agaroses. The high electrophoretic mobility of this agarose increases resolution and reduces run time.
