RapiZyme Proteinase K Digestion Module contains three reagents: Proteinase K for digestion, Guanidine HCl as a denaturant & TCEP as a reductant, and together they facilitate detergent-free digestion of proteins, and the disruption of oligonucleotide/protein binding. The digestion module is included in every OligoWorks SPE Kit and is available as a standalone product for flexibility and to support other applications as well, including Viral Vector digestion for genome integrity analysis.
