FineLINE 35 oligo Column
FineLINE™ 35 Oligo column is designed for oligonucleotide synthesis and it is suitable for use with ÄKTA oligosynt™ synthesizer. It is capable of withstanding the harsh organic conditions in oligonucleotide synthesis.
• Diameter of 35 mm with recommended bed heights between 3 to 10 cm.
• Variable bed height enables flexibility in scale
• The column is easy to operate and has a variable column volume between 10 mL and 100 mL.

For larger-scale synthesis FineLINE™ columns are also available in 70 mm, 100 mm, 200 mm, and 350 mm for large-scale synthesis used with OligoPilot™ and OligoProcess™ synthesizers.
