For the sandwich human IgG4 ELISA, AKP-conjugated JDC-14 is optimal as detecting MAb with G18-145 (Catalog No. 555784) as capture MAb. Researchers are encouraged to fully titrate each lot to obtain optimal results.  At high concentration, background may be observed on other Ig isotypes.
