Choose biotechnology grade AG 1-X8 Resin for strong anion exchange. Use this hydroxide-form resin for gravity or low-pressure chromatography.
• Fine-mesh resin is effective for high resolution analytical protocols
• Hydroxide form is more highly activated than chloride form
• Useful for the sorption and fractionation of relatively high molecular weight substances including peptides, and ribo- and deoxyribo-nucleotides
• High resistance to oxidizing agents
