The pHrodo® Wash Buffer for Incucyte® is used in conjunction with the pHrodo® Red (4649) or pHrodo® Orange (4766) Cell Labeling Kits for Incucyte® for phagocytosis assays. The pHrodo® Wash Buffer is used throughout the assay set up to wash cells.
Note: 100 mL of pHrodo® Wash Buffer for Incucyte® is included in purchase of the pHrodo® Cell Labeling for Incucyte® kits.
