CellCelector Flex Nanowell slides contain either 200k (nanowell size, depth and volume: 40 μm, 40 μm and 50 pl, respectively) or 400k (nanowell size, depth and volume: 25 μm, 25 μm and 12 pl, respectively) patent pending winged circle (UFO) shaped Nanowells per slide, and are perfectly suited for the screening of antibody/protein producing cells through secretion assays, the co-location of different cell types in the same nanowells for functional studies or receptor/reporter cell assays, the isolation and analysis of rare single cells like circulating tumor cells and fetal cells, and hybridoma single cell cloning and screening. The recommended glass capillary diameter for the 200k and 400k Nanowell slides are 30 µm and 20 µm, respectively.
