Dynabeads™ Mouse CD43 (Untouched™ B Cells) Use this kit to isolate pure and viable untouched B cells from mouse lymphoid organs by negative isolation. The kit depletes T cells, monocytes/macrophages, NK cells, plasma cells, CD5+ B1 cells, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes and erythrocytes. The negatively isolated mouse B cells are left in the sample and have not been in contact with the Dynabeads.
