TaqMan™ Protein Expression Assay Kit (hICAM1) Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan™ Protein Expression Assays enable fast, easy identification, and relative protein quantification of pluripotency protein markers from limited quantities of cultured hESCs. The TaqMan™ Protein Expression Assay Kit (Human ICAM1) contains the assay probes and a dilution buffer for the labelling of human inter-cellular adhesion molecule 1 protein (hICAM1) in cell lysates prepared using the Protein Expression Sample Preparation Kit. The assay probes consist of two oligonucleotides conjugated to antibodies that bind to separate epitopes of the hICAM1 protein. Key features of the TaqMan™ Protein Expression Assay:
