For 1 L of culture The ExpiFectamine CHO Transfection Kit is a core component of the ExpiCHO Expression System Kit (Cat. No. A29133) and enables transient transfection of high-density cultures of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. The high-efficiency, cationic transfection reagent, coupled with an optimized transfection enhancer and culture feed, will help power the highest possible level of protein expression from ExpiCHO-S Cells (Cat. No. A29127) cultured in ExpiCHO Expression Medium (Cat. No. A2910001). All components work together synergistically with expression yields of 1–3 g per L of transfected culture demonstrated for some antibody and non-antibody proteins.
