100 L Gibco OptiPRO SFM AGT Medium is a flexible-format medium that is equivalent to OptiPRO SFM with the addition of Advanced Granulation Technology for simplified preparation. OptiPRO SFM is a serum-free, animal-origin-free culture medium designed for growth of several kidney-derived cell lines, including MDBK, MDCK, PK-15, and VERO, for virus or recombinant protein production. In addition, OptiPRO SFM has been used to successfully grow other cell lines, such as Hela, BHK-21, and COS-7.
