SuperBoost™ Goat anti-Mouse Poly HRP SuperBoost™ Goat anti-Mouse Poly HRP is a component of SuperBoost™ tyramide signal amplification kits made available separately here. SuperBoost™ Goat anti-Mouse Poly HRP can be used with any HRP sustrate such as tyramide, DAB for signal amplification and detection. The molar enzyme/antibody protein ratio has an average value of '4'. This reagent is provided at a ready-to-use 1X concentration, enough for 150 slides.
When used as directed, this reagent along with other SuperBoost reagents can be used for detection of low abundant targets in multiplexable fluorescent immunocytochemistry (ICC), immunohistochemistry (IHC ), and in situ hybridization (ISH) with up to 200 times more sensitivity than standard methods.
