The 24p3R also known as SLC22A17 or neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin receptor is a receptor protein that facilitates cellular uptake of its ligand the neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) known scientifically as lipocalin-2.
