NFKBIZ exists as three isoforms and molecular weight of isoform three is a 64 kDa. The isoform one is 78 kDa protein and isoform two is a 68 kDa protein. NFKBIZ is involved in regulation of NF-kappa-B transcription factor complexes. It Inhibits NF-kappa-B activity without affecting its nuclear translocation upon stimulation.
