Flightless I also known as FLII is a multifunctional protein with a mass of approximately 131 kDa. This protein belongs to the gelsolin family and contains leucine-rich repeats (LRR) and a partially functional gelsolin domain. It is widely expressed in various tissues including muscle and skin.
