The targets Glucocorticoid Receptor (GR) Progesterone Receptor (PR) Androgen Receptor (AR) Retinoic Acid Receptor alpha (RARα) Pregnane X Receptor (PXR) Estrogen Related Receptor alpha (ERRα) and ROR gamma (RORγ) are group of nuclear receptors that function as transcription factors.
