TRA-1-60 also known as TRA-1-60 (R) is an antigenic target associated with cell surface glycoproteins and stem cell markers. It has a molecular mass of approximately 200 kDa and is known to be expressed on the surface of embryonic stem cells and germ cell tumors. This target along with its related antibodies such as anti-TRA-1-60 and anti-TRA serves as a marker for undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells and is used extensively in stem cell research to identify and isolate pluripotent cells.
