Protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B gamma also known as PPP2R2C or B55-gamma is a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A). It exhibits a molecular mass of approximately 55 kDa. PPP2R2C is expressed in various tissues with higher levels found in the brain and testis.
