FTSJ3 also known as mitochondrial ribosomal RNA methyltransferase 3 is an enzyme with a mass of approximately 84 kDa. The protein is part of the FtsJ/hEN1 family and plays a role in RNA modification by adding methyl groups to ribosomal RNA (rRNA) impacting ribosome assembly and function.
