ORP-3 also known as Oxysterol-binding protein-related protein 3 is a member of the oxysterol-binding protein family. It has a mass of approximately 100 kDa and is broadly expressed in a variety of tissues including the liver and spleen. ORP-3 contains a pleckstrin homology domain and an oxysterol-binding domain enabling its interactions with lipids and membranes.
