G protein-coupled receptor kinase 6 (GRK6) a member of the GRK family plays an important role in phosphorylating activated G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). GRK6 regulates receptor desensitization through this mechanism. It is also known as GPRK6. GRK6 has an approximate mass of 66 kDa.
