Conjugation ready
Our carrier-free antibodies are typically supplied in a PBS-only formulation, purified and free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol. This conjugation-ready format is designed for use with fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, and enzymes, which makes them ideal for antibody labelling, functional and cell-based assays, flow-based assays (e.g. mass cytometry) and Multiplex Imaging applications.
Use our
conjugation kits
for antibody conjugates that are ready-to-use in as little as 20 minutes with 1 minute hands-on-time and 100% antibody recovery: available for fluorescent dyes, HRP, biotin and gold.
Compatibility
This product is compatible with the Maxpar
Antibody Labeling Kit from Fluidigm, without the need for antibody preparation. Maxpar

MAS1L sometimes referred to as MAS1-like is a protein encoded by the MAS1L gene. Its mass is approximately 37 kDa. This protein is expressed in various tissues including the central nervous system and certain peripheral tissues. MAS1L is an integral membrane protein and it localizes on the cell surface which indicates its potential involvement in signaling processes. As a G protein-coupled receptor it plays a role in transmitting signals across the cell membrane.
Biological function summary
MAS1L functions within the context of signal transduction. It engages in biological processes by potentially forming complexes with other proteins or molecules that facilitate signaling activities. This protein's ability to interact with G proteins suggests its involvement in activating downstream cellular responses influencing various cellular functions such as growth differentiation or communication between cells. The MAS1L's role in signaling implicates it in maintaining normal cellular activity and responding to environmental cues.
Pathways
MAS1L engages in signaling cascades potentially linked to the renin-angiotensin system and other related pathways that influence cardiovascular functions. In the renin-angiotensin system similar receptors like the MAS1 receptor participate suggesting that MAS1L could share functional similarities. The renin-angiotensin pathway plays an important role in regulating blood pressure and fluid balance and any interaction involving MAS1L might contribute to these physiological processes.
Abnormal expression or mutation of MAS1L could relate to cardiovascular diseases and neurological disorders. Dysfunctional signaling through MAS1L might contribute to the pathology of hypertension a condition in which the MAS1 receptor also plays a significant role highlighting potential overlap in their functional pathways. Furthermore disruptions in MAS1L activity might affect neurological functions linking it to conditions that compromise nervous system integrity.
