TTC7B also known as Tetratricopeptide Repeat Domain 7B is a protein with a mass of approximately 114 kDa. Mechanically it contains several tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) motifs that facilitate protein-protein interactions. This protein is expressed in many tissues with notable levels in the liver and kidney. Its role is to help with various cellular processes likely through binding with other proteins to form functional complexes.

TTC7B contributes to cellular functions through its involvement in the phosphatidylinositol-4 kinase pathway. This pathway is important for the regulation of cell signaling and membrane trafficking.
