MRas is a Ras-related GTP-binding protein often referred to as Ras-related protein M-Ras which belongs to the Ras superfamily of small GTPases. It has a molecular mass of about 24 kDa. MRas is expressed widely but shows higher levels in the brain and heart tissues.
