3' to 5' Exonuclease Activity Assay Kit (Fluorometric) (ab273269) provides a quick and easy method for monitoring 3' exonuclease activities in a wide variety of samples. In this assay, exonuclease digests the provided DNA probe, producing a strong fluorescent signal (Ex/Em = 304/369nm). The kit is simple, sensitive, high-throughput adaptable and can detect as low as 0.2 μU of exonuclease activity.
This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called K175 3' to 5' Exonuclease Activity Assay (Fluorometric). K175-100 is the same size as the 100 test size of ab273269.

The 3' to 5' exonuclease also known as exonuclease III is an important enzyme that removes nucleotides from the ends of a DNA strand in the 3' to 5' direction.
