Cell Stimulation Cocktail (500X) (ab288135) (previously called EZCell Cell Stimulation Cocktail (500X) K930) is a ready-to-use cocktail useful to induce activation of many cell types to produce cytokines. This cocktail can be used to induce cytokine production in in vitro cell culture for subsequent detection in immunoassays.
Each vial (100 µl) contains Protein Kinase C activator Phorbol 12-Myristate 13-Acetate (PMA) (40.5 µM) and the calcium ionophore, Ionomycin (670 µM) formulated in DMSO (500X).
This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called K930 Cell Stimulation Cocktail (500X), EZCell™. K930-100 is the same size as the 1 vial size of ab288135.
