Human Microglia are derived from normal control iPSC line WC-30. Confirmed expression of microglia surface markers including: CD45, CD11b, CX3CR1, P2RY12, and TMEM119. Immunocytochemistry shortly after plating microglia reveals prominent expression of TREM2 and IBA1. Microglia demonstrate phagocytosis and can be stimulated to secrete a variety of cytokines.
