Mechanism of Action:
The Mouse B Cell Isolation Kit uses a negative selection method to remove unwanted cell populations and effectively enrich B Cells. Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD3, CD4, CD8a, CD11b, CD11c, CD49b, CD90.2, CD105, Gr1, Ter119.
