Rat TREM1 SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of TREM1 protein in Serum, Citrate Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Heparin Plasma, Cell culture media. Quantitate Rat TREM1 with 1.37 pg/ml sensitivity.

This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time.
