Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage • Store Reagent A and Reagent C upright at 2° to 8°C. Do not use after the expiration date shown on the label. • Store Reagent B, undiluted, at 2° to 25°C. When diluted, store at room temperature (20° to 25°C) for up to one month. • Do not freeze the reagents or expose them to direct light during storage or incubation with cells. Keep reagent vials dry.
