Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage Store undiluted at 4°C. The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with biotin under optimum conditions, and unreacted biotin was removed.
Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures For the sandwich mouse, Biotin Rat Anti-Mouse IgA (Cat. No. 556978) is optimal for detection with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse IgA (Cat. No. 556969) for capture.  Biotin Rat Anti-Mouse IgA may be used as a primary or secondary reagent in immunofluorescent staining.  For flow cytometric detection of intracytoplasmic IgA, we recommend FITC Rat Anti-Mouse IgA (Cat. No. 559354).
