CD90, also known as Thy-1, is a 25-35 kD immunoglobulin superfamily member. It is expressed on hematopoietic stem cells, neurons, all thymocytes, and peripheral T cells, but not on B cells. CD90 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane glycoprotein involved in signal transduction. CD90 is involved in co-stimulation of lymphocyte proliferation and activation, and hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. CD90 has been shown to interact with CD45.

Application: FC - Quality tested
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.03 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
