GPA33, also known as A33 antigen, is a 43 kD glycosylated transmembrane member of the immunoglobulin family of proteins. It is expressed on gastrointestinal epithelium and in some types of colon cancer.  GPA33 is also expressed on CD4 + T cells, including regulatory T cells, subsets of CD8 + T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, innate lymphoid cells (ILCs), and NKT cells. The function of GPA33 is currently unknown.

It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
