Cell-Vive™ CD Cell Staining Buffer, GMP is a chemically-defined, antibody diluent and cell wash buffer prepared without human or other animal components. This buffer is optimized for use in immunofluorescence staining of cell suspensions. Cell-Vive™ CD Cell Staining Buffer, GMP helps to reduce the non-specific binding of antibodies. However, for cells with high expression of Fc receptors, the use of Cell-Vive™ CD Human TruStain FcX™, GMP blocking buffers is recommended. To avoid interference with indirect staining protocols such as biotin/avidin, Cell-Vive™ CD Cell Staining Buffer, GMP is formulated in absence of biotin, calcium, magnesium and EDTA. BioLegend Cell-Vive™ GMP cell culture products are manufactured and tested in accordance with USP Chapter 1043, Ancillary Materials for Cell, Gene and Tissue-Engineered Products and Ph. Eur.
