Product Description
ATF1 is a transcription factor regulated by multiple signaling pathways. For example, ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK could phosphorylate and activate ATF1. Activated ATF1 could then regulate downstream targets to mediate cell growth and proliferation. Chimeric proteins of ATF1 fused with FUS or EWSR1 have been discovered in angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma and clear cell sarcoma.
