Product Description
CCL11 is a member of the CC chemokine family. It was originally identified as a chemoattractant for eosinophils, and participates in a variety of allergic responses to allergens. CCL11 induces angiogenic responses in CCR3 + microvascular endothelial cells and facilitates the proliferation and metastasis of CCR3 + tumor cells.
500μg
Verified Reactivity: Mouse
Antibody Type: Monoclonal
Host Species: Rat
Immunogen: Recombinant Mouse CCL11, (amino acids (His24-Pro97, Accession# NM_011330), were expressed in E. coli.
Formulation: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
