Product Description

T-cell receptor (TCR) is a heterodimer consisting of an α and β chain (TCR α/β) or a γ and δ chain (TCR γ/δ). The γ/δ TCR associates with CD3 complex and is expressed in a minor subset of T cells found in peripheral blood, thymus, spleen, lymph nodes, and some other tissues. TCR γ/δ is involved in the recognition of certain types of antigens. Most γ/δ T cells are CD4-/CD8- while some are CD8+.
