NEURL4 promotes CCP110 ubiquitination and proteasome-dependent degradation, maintaining normal centrosomal homeostasis and preventing the formation of abnormal microtubule tissue centers (MTOCs) by countering CP110 accumulation(PMID: 22441691, 22261722).
